PLEASE NOTE:

This tech rider has been designed for a full-scale concert situations where Exit 380 is headlining. We realize that it will not apply to all situations. If you are unsure if this applies to your event or if you are unable to meet the specifications listed, please contact us so we can make the appropriate adjustments. If Exit 380 is bringing full production, you need not worry about the sound reinforcement section of this rider.

CONTRACT & FINANCIAL:
Please make all checks payable to:
E3 Entertainment
3932 Micki Lynn
Fort Worth, TX 76107

Bookings are considered final when we receive your contract either by mail, fax or through our online booking contract. A deposit of 20% or $50 (whichever is greater) is due within two weeks of your contract confirmation.

Be sure to have cash or a cashier’s check made out to "E3 Entertainment" for the remainder of the balance amount agreed upon to give to the manager at the event. Please do not plan to mail the check after the show.

CANCELLATIONS:

Emergencies happen, overdoses happen ... we understand that. In those instances Exit 380 will refund 100% of your deposit received. Cancellations received within 30 days of the date scheduled will result in the loss of all deposits. Unfortunately Exit 380 is normally unable to fill cancelled dates within 30 days. That means the band is left with a night off. Please do your best to go forward with your event as planned. We are willing to help with promotion and ideas.

LODGING:

A hotel is the ideal situation. Usually, it's the band plus two (6 people total). Three non-smoking rooms with two double beds in each will meet Exit 380’s needs. If Exit 380 is flying in, transportation needs to be arranged for the duration of their stay. An ( 8 - 12 ) passenger rental van is sufficient to carry the group, their luggage and their equipment.

GREEN ROOM:

It helps if Exit 380 has a room to prepare for the event if possible. This room should be backstage, off limits to audience members, and air conditioned or heated. You may setup the meals in the green room if you'd like. Exit 380 Please provide a case of 24 bottles of water - not chilled.

MEALS:

A meal for Exit 380 should be provided in most situations. If possible, light and healthy food is better than junk food. Because the band is on the road so much please follow this menu schedule if possible. (It just helps make sure we aren't eating pizza every night) FRIDAY: Pizza or subs SATURDAY: Subs or burgers SUNDAY: pizza or subs MONDAY-THURSDAY: Whatever.

SETUP TIMES:

Stage setup and sound check are very important. If planning a full concert with Exit 380 providing sound and lights, plan for Exit 380 to arrive 3-4 hours before show time. Sound check should begin as soon as the group is set up and no one other than event staff should be allowed in the concert area until the sound check is complete.

SOUND:

Venue should provide a P.A. system that meets the needs of the scheduled event. Depending upon the size of the venue, this system should be capable of running “3” vocal mics, “1” guitar mic “1” bass mic (or Direct Input) and “5” drum mics. The system should also be powered with an amplifier capable of powering the PA speakers consisting of Highs, Mids and Lows. Stage monitors for the musicians must also be available. Exit 380 can provide a P.A. system upon request, please make arrangements with us if this is necessary.

Purchacer must provide a sound technician for the event unless Exit 380 brings their own sound equipment.

CONCERT MANAGER:

Designate a concert manager. This person should be there when Exit 380 arrives to explain the event and help with any technical problems and be a runner.

MERCHANDISE:

An 8' foot table needs to be placed in a traffic area. We will need two responsible volunteers to handle sales for us. We will need a second 8 foot table at the back of the concert room.

HELP:

Please provide 2-5 volunteers who can help load/unload heavy equipment. Have them there when Exit 380 arrives and when they leave. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. If Exit 380 members can save their energy for the show, it will be much more energetic.

TOUR VAN ACCOMADATIONS:

Please provide a place for parking the tour van and trailer. This place should be located on or very near the concert venue.
